College Food
As a college student I can relate to Camille Kingsolver's understanding of there being limited dining options on a college campus. I also agree with the notion that our generation knows less and less about food production domestically or internationally. Not many people can have the exposure to farm life and producing their own food quite like the Kingsolver family. That awareness is important when making conscious decisions about what type of food to consume and whether it can sustain our environment. Too many food options are detrimental to our environment because of how they are mass produced, affecting the health of the animals or produce, and the cleanliness.

It's so funny: we tend to think that having more choices is a good thing, but you're right, more choices also mean more health and environmental problems.
